Total vs White Nile, Round 2
The UK Appeals Court will hand down its finding on the case involving White Nile on Jan. 17. Last June the court, acting in response to an action filed by France’s Total, ordered White Nile to produce a contract it had signed with the government of South Sudan that supposedly gave it rights over block B, which Total was awarded in the past by the federal government in Khartoum.
