Toungara not the master in his mansion
The works seem totally gummed up at Adama Toungara’s mines, oil and energy ministry even though he is close to president Alassane Ouattara. Mining companies which applied for concessions in 2011 are losing patience waiting for green lights. In some cases, when the applications are examined and approved by the mining committee COMINE Toungara takes his time in signing the least authorization for mining reconnaissance and exploration licenses.
