Pascoal Mahikete Mocumbi, the son of a former Mozambican Prime Minister, along with his colleague Celso Cadmiel Mutemba, the son of a former minister of fisheries and nephew of Octavio Mutemba who in 2001 was one of those responsible for the spectacular failure of Banco Austral, already have several companies to their name.
