Barbara Masekela could easily see herself in Washington
The former South African ambassador to France, Barbara Masekela, could easily see herself succeeding Sheila Sisulu in Washington. Next month, Sisulu is leaving her post as ambassador to the United States to become assistant executive director of the World Food Program (WFO), following differences with the South African minister of foreign affairs, Nkosozana Dlamini-Zuma (ION 1019).
