CREDIT LINE FOR NORTHERN CORRIDOR
The European Union has approved a credit line of 55 million euro to rehabilitate the Mai Maihiu-Naivasha-Lanet section (96 km) of highway in the Rift Valley, the backbone of Kenya's road network over which also passes 30 percent of international road traffic with Burundi, 60 percent with Rwanda, and 100 percent with Uganda.
