European Union grabs back financing
In addition to releasing the 20 million euro project financing for construction of the electricity transmission line between Massawa and Ghinda approved at the beginning of this year by the European Commission, the European Union envisages to make an envelope of 56 million euro available for Eritrea, representing 70 percent of the funds earmarked for this country under the Eighth EDF (80 million euro).
