A shipping company based in Madagascar has just landed itself a major deal in the Comoro Islands. In the framework of privatizations, a convention was signed in Moroni between the government and Mer Austral on November 16, granting the company the concession of the handling and storage activities in the harbor of Moroni, in return for a commission.
