According to a recent report compiled by the interim director of the National Audit, Nooroodin Hassim Punjatherachetty, five of the fourteen organizations parastatals having borrowed from the State (Central Housing Authority, Tea Development Authority, Nouvelle France Cooperative Tea Estate, Mauritius Meat Authority and the Irrigation Authority), four of which are Agriculture Ministry agencies, did not pay off any amount of their loans, neither the principal nor interest, throughout the 1991-1992 financial year. (...)   [77 words]   [€1,5]
