The governor of Banque Nationale de Djibouti (BND), Luc Aden, has warned debtors of Commercial and Savings Bank of Somalia (CSBS) and Banque de Djibouti et du Moyen Orient (BDMO) (ION N° 564) who have either not settled their debts or at least worked out a calendar for payments, that their dossiers will be transferred to the chambers of the judge handling the debt cases.
