By taking his place at the head of the Malagasy delegation which renewed the dialogue with the Bretton Woods institutions in Washington at the beginning of April, the prime minister Francisque Ravony has tied his future to the results of these negotiations where the key moment looks like being the trip to Antananarivo of a "heavy mission" from the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank from May 26 to June 3.
