THIRD FRENCH FINANCIAL PROTOCOL
France's third financial protocol for Uganda, covering an amount of FFr.35 million, was initialled on December 6. The package will be available as a grant for three sectors, the first covering financial assistance for air navigational installations at Entebbe International and a smaller airport in Uganda to improve their weather forecasting capabilities and bring them up to the standards at Dar es Salaam and Nairobi airports.
