FLAMCO BOATS HIGH AND DRY
Two freighters chartered by Flamco Madagascar have been tied up at quay in Toamasina, on Madagascar's eastern coastline, for nearly two weeks without being able to discharge 24,000 tons of rice and 3,000 tons of edible oil, because Flamco management wants the cargo to be offloaded free of port charges and certain fiscal dues.
