Daniel arap Moi raises the temperature

President Daniel arap Moi raised the temperature with his country’s donors and the diplomats in post in Nairobi. After his decision to suspend the sale of part of the capital of Telekom Kenya to foreign submitters he asked his minister of foreign affairs, Bonaya Godana in his New Year speech, to make sure that foreign diplomats are accompanied with civil servants from his ministry each time they leave Nairobi. (...)   [253 words]   [€5]
