LRA ALL OUT
The attack on a convoy of seventeen coaches on March 8 on the Karuma-Pakwach main road, in northern Uganda, by rebels of Lord's Resistance Army of Joseph Kony, causing at least 130 casualties, has convinced the Ugandan military authorities that the movement has transformed itself into an armed force led by former professional soldiers with reserves of several thousands of men.
