Komac in Shipping Service Deal

Tripoli has called on South Korean expertise to help find a place for itself on the shipping services market. The National Economic Development Board (NEDB), which answers to prime minister Baghdadi Mahmoudi, has just signed an agreement with Korea Maritime Consultants Co (KOMAC), a leading South Korean consultancy, to create three shipping “seed companies” in Libya to handle all service operations linked to maritime transport. (...)   [202 words]   [€5]
