Boss of French energy company Engie walking the high wire in Dakhla
On 9 October, the Engie chairman will meet with the French and Moroccan employers' associations. The goal is to promote the group's activities in disputed Western Sahara, without upsetting Algeria, which supplies Engie with gas.
