NOC boss Farhat Bengdara manoeuvres to set up financial oversight committee
The National Oil Corp chairman was the driver behind the creation of a body to oversee state finances. Khalifa Haftar and Abdelhamid Dabaiba are both represented on the committee, which means they are in a position to influence the allocation of public funds.
