Subscriptions: Terms and Conditions
Copyright - Indigo Publications'
editorial content, whether in printed or electronic form, is protected by
worldwide copyright. Each subscription is strictly personal and to be used
exclusively by the subscriber to whom it is addressed. The printing of only one
private copy is permitted. This means that you can print and article or an issue
and/or download it on your own computer only for your personal use. Sharing the
content with other people, even in your own company, via e-mail, printed copy or
intranet, is forbidden. If you would like to share Indigo's content with other
people in your organization please inquire about taking out a multiple reader
license.
Start date - Your subscription comes
into effect when Indigo Publications receives your subscription form. You may
also begin your subscription retroactively if you so wish.
Delivery - Delivery charges are
included in the subscription fee. Our printed newsletters are sent by the
fastest available normal delivery service.
Undelivered issues - If you have not
received your newsletter, please contact us within 60 days of the publication
date and we will send you another copy. After the 60-day limit you will be
charged the usual cover price for any copy you request.
Cancelling a subscription - Indigo
Publications will give due consideration to a written cancellation request
within 30 days of the subscription starting. If the request is accepted
Indigo will reimburse the subscription fee minus the value of the issues already
delivered and a €45 administration charge. Beyond the 30-day limit a
subscription cannot be cancelled.
Automatic subscription renewal - A
subscriber who opts for automatic renewal receives a 5% reduction on the basic
subscription rate. Six weeks before the subscription runs out, the
subscriber receives a bill for another year's subscription. In the event that
the subscriber wishes to cancel the subscription, the bill must be returned
within six weeks of the billing date marked “cancelled.” Beyond the six week
limit a subscription cannot be cancelled. The one-year renewal will take effect
and the year's subscription fee will be due in full.
Payment deadlines - . Our bills are
payable within 30 days of receipt. If your payment is not made within this
period, the subscription will be suspended pending total settlement of the bill.
Indigo can provide a double of the bill on request.
Means of payment - . Indigo
Publications accepts payments in Euros, U.S. dollars or Sterling. Payments can
be made by:
- Credit card (Visa, Master-card, American Express.*)
- Bank cheque or Western Union. **
- Direct debit ( Bank charges due to the client's bank must be paid by the client.)
- Paypal
Data privacy - Indigo Publications
respects the privacy of its customers and readers and observes the most recent
legislation on the protection of privacy and personal freedom. Indigo
Publications pledges not to divulge any information that a client communicates
to the company, and, in accordance with the data protection law of 6 January
1978, the client has access to information held by us. The client also has the
right to refuse promotional messages when subscribing, when receiving the
publication or at any other time and can do so by modifying their personal
settings on line or by asking us to do so.
Electronic account: Terms and

Copyright - All of our content is

is strictly personal and to be used exclusively by the owner of the electronic
account, to whom it is addressed. This means that you can print and article or
an issue and/or download it on your own computer only for your personal use.
Sharing the content with other people, even in your own company, via e-mail,
printed copy or intranet, is forbidden.
Period of availability - Once an
article has been paid for, it is available and can be consulted as often as the
purchaser wishes for a period of three months.
Means of payment - . Indigo
Publications accepts payments in Euros, U.S. dollars or Sterling. Payments can
be made by:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express.*)
- Paypal
Payments - An initial deposit of €30
($30, £20) is required. Once your balance has fallen to €1.30 ($1.30, £1.10), to
continue buying articles you must top up your electronic account by at least €30
($30, £20). A payment made by using an electronic account cannot be reimbursed.
