Paul Kagame aims to establish Kigali as an African financial centre

Rwanda, which is currently the darling of the African business world, is aiming to become the continent's new financial hub with its Kigali International Financial Centre. To achieve this, President Paul Kagame has brought prestigous foreign partners and African finance stars into Rwanda Finance, the public sector agency managing the centre. Covid-19 has caused difficulties, however for some hotel projects and the centre is still short of some skills.
