Macky Sall mulls reorganisation of terror response structure

The Senegalese head of state must soon decide on whether to reorganise the country's response mechanism in the event of a terrorist attack. The army, which holds much sway with the presidency, wants to play a bigger role in this area, which has so far been dominated by interior security forces.
