Former head of general intelligence soon to be extradited to Belgium
Abderahman Moussa, who has been held in France since August after a European arrest warrant was issued in his name, will shortly be heard by the Belgian courts. He is suspected of having helped the builder of the grand hotel in N'Djamena to bribe local officials.
