Little known oil trader PSTV Energy, which is under Danish management, left OLA Energy, one of the three official jet fuel suppliers at Dakar's Blaise-Diagne International Airport, in the lurch after it failed to deliver a promised cargo of jet fuel.
The issue of developing the country's gas resources recently landed on the desk of a close adviser to the Gabonese president. A roadmap was given to him by the gas task force, which was set up in 2021.
