PM Makosso yet to appoint new team four months into the job

Anatole Collinet Makosso has still not named his new staff, more than four months after taking office. The only notable appointment he has made is that of his secretary general, poached from foreign minister Jean-Claude Gakosso, who in the process loses one of his most valuable men.
