Russian private hire operator Yango finds new opportunities in Africa

Russian private hire platform operator Yango has been increasingly investing in Africa in recent months, particularly in Angola. This follows its fall from favour in Europe as a result of Moscow's war on Ukraine and controversy over Russia's handling of its customers' data.

Chad
French defence procurement agency invited to N'Djamena

At the Chadian authorities' request, a delegation from the French government defence procurement agency, the DGA, will travel to N'Djamena in early November.
