Subcontracting law: mining boss Albert Yuma puts old rival Kalej Nkand in his place
The debates that led to a cut in the sub-contracting regulation authority's prerogatives have rekindled an old dispute between its managing director Kalej Nkand and the chairman of the Congolese employers' association, Albert Yuma, within the state mining company Gécamines.
