François Gontier lands infra-red binoculars contract despite opposition from parliament and procurement authority
Despite a highly critical report from the Ghanaian parliament, businessman François Gontier has succeeded in winning a $22m contract for infra-red binoculars from the Ghanaian armed forces. At the same time, however, he needs to respond to several summonses from the French judiciary.
