DRC ambassador's 'residence' in France to be auctioned off

Seized by a Lebanese couple seeking to enforce an arbitration ruling, the French courts have authorised the auctioning off of two properties belonging to the Congolese state. Kinshasa's defence - that these premises are diplomatically protected - has been rejected by Parisian magistrates.
