Gide advises MSC on port of Matadi modernisation project 

Law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel played an active role in the negotiations which led to the final agreement on the financing of the modernisation work to be carried out at the river port of Maatadi between Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) and Société Congolaise des Transports et Ports (SCTP) last month.

IMF warns Kinshasa of inflation dangers 

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) delegation currently in Kinshasa has alerted its Congolese hosts to the risks of inflation, which has seen prices rise by 17% in the space of a year.

Arise prepares ground for DRC debut  Free

In negotiations with Kinshasa to set up in the DRC, the investment fund Arise is deliberating over the location and size of its two industrial and logistics platforms, one dedicated to wood processing and the other to agribusiness.
