Just as the ex-governor of Katanga Moïse Katumbi was about to leave the coalition government, the commercial court judge presiding over the case involving him and the French businessman Pascal Beveraggi sent a letter of resignation to Félix Tshisekedi alleging that he was being pressured into finding in favour of the Frenchman.
