INCM-Augentic poised to snatch ID card contract from Thales DIS

The German-Portuguese consortium INCM-Augentic looks set to start producing identity cards in Cameroon. ThalesDIS has held this contract since 1995, but Gaborone appears to have given the French firm the cold shoulder.
