Swiss diplomacy tries to find footing in Kinshasa-M23 talks

The negotiations organised by the Swiss Confederation are expected to resume in the coming weeks. What remains to be determined are the methods of the various mediators and the sincerity of the parties involved in the conflict.

Kinshasa-M23 talks may move to Switzerland

Qatar, which has been concerned about its security since the start of the war with Iran, wishes, at least for the time being, to move the talks between Félix Tshisekedi's government and the rebels active in eastern DRC to another host country.
