French groups Fayat and Egis take the state to Abidjan arbitration court

The Tollcam consortium has brought proceedings in Abidjan before the CCJA common court of justice and arbitration of the OHADA organisation for the harmonisation of business law in Africa. It is claiming 35bn CFA francs (€53m) from Yaoundé.
