Ouattara forces a facelift on Sofitel Ivoire
Owned by the Ivorian state but managed by Accor, the former Hôtel Ivoire has allowed the communal areas of its more prestigious floors to fall into disrepair, much to fury of the president's office, which has now forced the parastatal which owns the property to take urgent measures.
