The secret agenda of ECOWAS heads of state in Accra for Guinea coup summit

The organisation's heads of state are meeting in Accra on 16 September over the situation in Guinea. Some members are pushing for a 6-month civilian-led transition fiercely opposed by the junta, which hopes to keep control over the transition. Deposed leader Alpha Condé's exile will also be discussed.
