Congo nationality debate raises fresh questions about Moïse Katumbi's 'Italian' origins

A proposal from former presidential candidate Noël Tshiani to allow only candidates with a Congolese father and mother to run for president has caused a public outcry in the DRC. It has also brought an angry reaction from the new party of former Katangan goveror Moïse Katumbi, who is thought to be part-Italian.
