Tshisekedi hunts for diplomatic strategy

The Congolese president is struggling to mobilise his dwindling support base, which no longer seems to believe in his ability to regain control after Rwandan-backed rebels captured Goma. He has turned to Angola and is banking on SADC as the last regional bloc capable of putting pressure on Kigali.

Félix Tshisekedi's secret mission to Luanda
