A ministerial delegation of the East African Cooperation's three member-countries (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda) led by Tanzanian foreign minister Jakaya Kikwete won't be returning home empty-handed from its international tour, begun in Brussels on February 3 (ION N° 798).
