Legal error leads to rehearing of Barrick appeal against North Mara resident
The appeal which Barrick Gold lost against Maseke Marwa Hamba is to be reheard because of a procedural error. Marwa Hamba claims he was insufficiently compensated when he was relocated to make room for the Canadian gold mining giant at the North Mara mine.
