Abiy appoints Redwan Hussein as national security adviser

Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Redwan Hussein has been appointed National Security Advisor.

In appointing two new members to his private office, the Ethiopian prime minister has reshuffled the personnel at the infrastructure ministry. He has also appointed a new auditor general, a key post that had been vacant since 2021.
