Ruto urged to resolve milk row directly with Museveni

To protect its farmers, Kenya has restricted imports of dairy products from neighbouring Uganda. Ministerial-level efforts to resolve matters having proved fruitless, and the Kenyan president is under pressure to smooth things over directly with his Ugandan counterpart.
