Abiy Ahmed tracks down Ethiopian journalists based abroad

Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has succeeded in getting the Ethiopian media in Addis Ababa to fall into line. He is now trying to do the same with Ethiopian journalists based abroad or in exile and even recently solicited his French counterpart with this in view.
