Nairobi and Moscow to address perilous issue of Kenyan soldiers recruited by Russian army

Amid a scandal involving a recruitment network sending Kenyan fighters to the Ukrainian front, the two countries are struggling to agree on the agenda for Musalia Mudavadi's visit to the Russian capital, set for mid-March. The prime cabinet secretary wants to ensure that his citizens are no longer allowed to join the Russian army.
