Ruto moves to defuse backlash over US Ebola facility

The Kenyan president has agreed in principle to a US quarantine centre for Ebola patients in the country's central region. However he remains cautious about the scope of the project proposed by Trump and has held a string of discreet consultations before giving any final approval.
