Port Sudan's diplomatic offensive against Addis Ababa, during an extraordinary session of the Council of the League of Arab States, failed in the face of UAE steamrollering, leading to the temporary suspension of discussions and the shattering of the fragile regional balance regarding the Sudanese conflict.
