Kamerhe's bid to see Boji exit DRC government falls short in reshuffle

Despite promises to the contrary, the cobalt trading subsidiary currently being set up by state-owned Gécamines will benefit from the moratorium, enabling it to get round the provisions of the mining code and export unprocessed cobalt directly from the DRC.
