Issad Rebrab negotiates resumption of his southern agricultural projects
The Cevital boss is in the process of relaunching his agricultural projects in the south of the country. Successive governments have thrown spanners in his works since 2012. But in exchange for his quitting the political stage, Issad Rebrab has returned to the good graces of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
