A year into sluggish probe, Masen still in the pitlane
Aziz Akhannouch's government has yet to jump start the state's sustainable energy agency, even though it's leading some of the kingdom's biggest renewable projects.
Shortly before becoming prime minister, Aziz Akhannouch launched a major wind power project in Dakhla, Western Sahara. To create this 200MW wind farm, his company Green of Africa, co-owned with the banker Othman Benjelloun, has embarked on an ambitious project with Belgian-Dutch company Windvision.
