Dabaiba takes direct control of ODAC, a major recipient of public funds during the Gaddafi era
Libyan prime minister Abdelhamid Dabaiba has revived ODAC, the state-owned body which oversees major public sector infrastructure projects. It was long headed by his cousin Ali Ibrahim Dabaiba, who is suspected of having misappropriated massive amounts of public funds.
