Central banks of Libya and Tunisia keep it in the family

The governor of the Libyan central bank has given his Tunisian counterpart's wife a seat on the board of one of the bank's Italian subsidiaries.

With billions of dollars of oil revenues in its coffers, the politically powerful Central Bank of Libya has been presided over for a decade by the unbudgeable Al Seddik Omar Al Kabir.
