Ex-president Moncef Marzouki cosies up to Radwan Masmoudi

The ex-Tunisian president, a fierce opponent of Kais Saied, will be the guest of the Center for the Study of Islam & Democracy on 22 November for a debate on democracy in the Arab world. The think tank, whose outlook is broadly in line with that of the Ennahda party, is run by lobbyist Radwan Masmoudi.
